The Annual Conference is a two-and-a-half day meeting held each spring, designed for the head trader. The meeting balances industry topics with diverse management issues—including compensation, hiring practices, and team building—and utilizes workshops and discussion groups to emphasize interactive debates in a relaxed environment. This event is open to members of TraderForum only.
