Networks exist in all manner of domains in addition to the classical Internet: space (both between Earth and spacecraft, and among spacecraft), electricity generation and distribution, within and between organisms, and, of course, for human interaction. This conference will explore the technological, economic, security, and societal ramifications of a breadth of network types and the communications obstacles and opportunities they entail.
