Navigating the Thunderdome: Mapping and Thriving in a Post-Crisis World
At this point, enough has been said of what a year 2020 has been… almost. While we each have had ringside seats to all the events that have transpired this year, less clear is the path forward. We’ve heard plenty about all the supposed changes and revolutions that are coming for retirement and defined contribution before and during the pandemic, yet in an industry flowing with an abundance of caution, much remains static. What can’t be denied is that larger forces beyond COVID-19 have been creeping towards the gates regardless, from digitalization and personalization to annuitization. Is 2020 finally an inflection point for a realignment, pushing these larger forces into fruition? While we don’t have a crystal ball, we can take the opportunity to discuss, debate, and share expertise, as always, at our Senior Delegates Roundtable – we hope to see you virtually again in January before taking the leap of faith towards 2021.
This event is reserved for supporting members of the DC Institute, please contact us if you have any questions.
The Defined Contribution Institute was created to serve DC plan sponsors, and we rely upon an Advisory Board of plan sponsors to help conceptualize and guide each event’s agenda. We sincerely thank this year’s Advisory Board as well as everyone who has provided — and will continue to provide — input to ensure that the topics we are addressing are current, practical, and pertinent.
