The highlight of the Institute’s calendar, this Roundtable concentrates on the critical trends shaping the asset management industry – providing your annual “business check” on how your counterparts are handling the same issues as you. This meeting is reserved exclusively for the Senior Delegate or a more senior executive based in Europe. The Institute’s electronic polling system allows for instant benchmarking on issues and for discussion around replies to questions at each meeting.

Safety Protocols

Physical Distancing

All physical distancing mandates will be followed by Institutional Investor and the hotel venue. In addition, we ask that all attendees adhere to social distancing mandates when interacting at the event.

Disinfect and Sanitize

All event spaces will undergo increased disinfection and sanitization daily. Hand sanitizer will be readily available at multiple locations.

Face Masks

If recommended by the local health authority guidance, we will ask all participants to wear a face covering. Face coverings will be available on arrival should participants not have their own.

Temperature Checks

Depending on the relevant health authority guidance, we may include temperature checks or other screening measures upon arrival at the event.
Health & Safety Advisory:If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, feeling unwell or suspect to have symptoms of COVID-19, please seek medical attention and do not attend the event.
Venue

Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues

Overlooking Lake Geneva and dating from 1834, this stately luxury hotel is a 9-minute walk from the Genève train station.

The elegant rooms and suites come with complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, marble bathrooms, soaking tubs and sitting areas. Upgraded loft rooms include Nespresso machines, and suites add individual features such as lake views, living rooms, fireplaces and dining areas. Room service is also offered. Kids stay with an adult for no charge.

Amenities include free breakfast, a refined Italian restaurant and a rooftop Japanese eatery. There's also a sophisticated bar, an indoor pool and a 24-hour gym, plus a luxe spa.
